StarRez Strategic Advisory Board (SABO) Mission
To facilitate the collaboration of expertise between student
housing professionals and StarRez executive management in
the spirit of driving product development, increasing customer
service, and ultimately increasing the quality of the student
and staff experience.
SABO is comprised of a diverse group of volunteer customer
representatives from a range of geographic regions, institution
sizes, and functional positions. SABO was successfully launched
at the North American User Conference in 2006, with the inaugural
board meeting and a kick off introduction to the user community
by Joel Lynn, Director, Residences & The Student Experience
University of Calgary. SABO Board members meet regularly to
discuss customer-centric topics and provide direct feedback
to StarRez.
